    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to get your guidance that this Motion be postponed to a later date (21 days). You want to bear in mind the fact that the Committee has limited time due to the fact that the Ministry of Finance submitted the Estimates late. We want adequate time to embark on the discussion and review of the same, as Members of the Committee, and also to engage the public. The Three Allotted Days will eat into the 21 days. It is on that account that I seek your guidance and ruling that this Motion be postponed. It is with a clear and clean heart. I do not want to frustrate the efforts of the Minister for Finance."
