Speaker, I rise on a point of order under Standing Order No.96 which states, “A Member who wishes to postpone to some future occasion the further discussion of a question which has been proposed from the Chair may claim to move “THAT, the debate be now adjourned”. Hon. Speaker, the reason I am doing this is because when I look at these two names and for purposes of clarity, I heard hon. Jakoyo say that one is from CORD and the other one from Jubilee. I supposedly do not understand how we came up with these names. Personally, I do not know. Therefore, I would rather that we postpone this debate to another day so that we can allow further consultations on this."
