    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I stand to support the Motion. Since morning, these Members have been here. Most of the laws that have been passed in this House have been passed in a hurry. One of them relates to the Standing Orders where some Members of the Tenth Parliament enacted the new Standing Orders in a hurry. Some of them already are in the Senate and they passed them thinking that the Senate will be the Upper House. Now, Senate is the Lower House of senior Members by age. These Members are very tired.
