    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the vetting of all judicial officers who were serving before the new Constitution was passed is a mandatory constitutional requirement. As hon. Members know, the persons who are serving as judges have been vetted. All persons serving as magistrates, including those who have been promoted to the level of judges, have not been vetted. It is necessary that the process comes to an end. It has been torturous for those who are not yet vetted. I would pray, as I second the Motion, that we pass this Motion to enable the vetting process, which is a constitutional process, to proceed. With those remarks, I beg to second."
