    "content": "Hon. Members, according to the Order Paper, we are now moving into Committee of the whole House. I am directing that the Vetting of Judges and Magistrates (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.44 of 2013) be the first to be dealt with in the Committee of the whole House. Thereafter, the National Police Service Commission (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.17 of 2013) will follow. So, the House now goes into the Committee of the whole House to transact business in that order."
