    "content": "Hon. Members, I plead with you to oppose the amendment. It has taken over two years for only judges to be vetted. We are now dealing with magistrates and it is a matter affecting the livelihoods of our people. It is not a matter that you want to be rushed. Remember, any decision that Board makes has very shattering consequences on the life of a person. So, I was going to pray that instead of being in the business every year of extending the time we give the Board two years at once and they conclude the process. I beg to oppose."
