    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 2 be deleted. We have difficulties with Clause 2. It is difficult for the Vetting Board to go to court to obtain an order for them to get information from people. Again, this is a difficult job of getting information, particularly with regard to maybe corruption issues. So, requesting the Vetting Board to get a court order would be a hard task. So, we are proposing that this be deleted so that they carry out their duties as they have been doing before."
