    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, it is the people of Kenya who decided who will have the majority or who will have the minority. It is the Kenyan people who decided on the 4th of March, 2013, who will be in the Opposition and who will be in the Government. It is the Standing Orders that state the role and the mandate of the Opposition and that of the Government. We want to make it very clear that some of us want to be role models, at least, to our family, to our sons and daughters back at home, and by extension to our constituencies.
