"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am a very happily married Member of this House. The matter before us is a serious one concerning the counties of Turkana, Pokot and Marsabit. As the hon. Member said, from where I sit I will ask the Government to bring the relevant document for approval of this House as a matter of urgency so that the KDF can come in to restore sanity. The matter in Marsabit, as much as the Government has constitutional mandate, I want to plead with my good friends in the leadership, the religious leaders, the women leaders, and the youth that we will not in the 21st Century allow our people to butcher each other.
