Members, Standing Order No.41(4) relating to messages from the Senate provides:- “If a message is received from the Senate at a time when the House is in session, the Speaker shall report the message to the House at the first convenient opportunity after its receipt and, in any event, not later than the next sitting day.” In this regard, I wish to report that I have received two Messages from the Senate vide a letter from the Speaker of the Senate dated 3rd December, 2013."
