    "content": "Hon. Members, the first Message regards the National Flag, Emblems and Names (Amendment) Bill, 2013 (Senate Bills No.2). The second Message regards the County Governments (Amendment) Bill No.2, 2013, (Senate Bills No.4). The Senate conveys that they have considered the two Bills and now seek the concurrence of the National Assembly. Pursuant to Standing Order No.143 on consideration of Bills originating from the Senate, I now direct that the two Bills be put on the Order Paper tomorrow for First Reading. Thank you."
