It is urgent that the House considers the proposed amendments since it will go a long way to save Bills from lapsing even if the House goes into recess. It is important that hon. Members look at the proposed amendments to the Standing Orders. It is already determined by the House Business Committee that the matter will be on the Order Paper of tomorrow morning."
