Speaker, pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I wish to request a Statement from the Leader of the Majority Party on the apparent change of command structure of the Administration Police Service by the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government. The Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government recently issued a Statement placing the Administration Police Service under the command of the County Commissioners, the Deputy County Commissioners, the Assistant Deputy County Commissioners, the Chiefs and the Assistant Chiefs.
