    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I wish to request a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health regarding lack of health officers in health facilities that were constructed using Constituencies Development Fund in Mwingi Central Constituency and using public resources. Ithumbu, Musovo, Tuvale, Katitili, Mutuang’ombe and Divani among other several health facilities were gazetted by the Government but, up to today, they have not been operational because of lack of health officers such as medical doctors, nurses and clinical officers."
