    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I do not wish to interrupt my good friend, hon. Kimunya, but the Motion, as amended, is now being debated in the first allotted day. You rightfully put it that you have a maximum of three allotted days. In the event that we exhaust the three allotted days, what will happen to the Report of the Budget Committee when it is brought to this House for debate? How shall we get adequate days to debate it? Will we really get three extra days after exhausting our time by debating this matter starting from now?"
