Now, whether that Member exists or not, is a fact that needs to be established. This is a live example of the responsibility that we are trying to extract from the media by bringing amendments to the KICA Bill. You cannot have national newspapers casting aspersions on Members of serious committees. I am not saying that there are committees which are not serious; committees of this House are all serious and constitutional offices.
