    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we want to see more emphasis on governance and there cannot be good governance unless we speed up reforms of our Judiciary and the entire criminal justice system. Reform is more than just providing the money. It is ensuring that we give support and stop manipulating processes in order to hire those we feel will protect us. We want to see more support of the reform process, even in this Parliament. We want to see the Executive stopping to push things with the attitude of business as usual. We would want to see the Executive display a mastery of the new constitutional order, and not to be waiting for Members of Parliament to point out where they are failing. That is what we have seen in the run-up to this Budget, and that is what we have seen even in this Motion that we are now discussing under protest."
