    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is an opportunity for Parliament to interrogate the Kshs3.7 billion allocated for us to finalise Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) projects. On what basis shall it be allocated? What are the criteria? Hon. Members, this is our time to input the criteria we want to see. For all the monies allocated, it is for us to see how we can make it equitable and ensure that those in the Executive do not manipulate things to take monies to their favourite places or to their constituencies, and ignore the rest."
