    "content": "I want to be thankful and say that half bread is better than no bread at all. This Kshs150 million coincides with the President’s visit this Friday. The President will be visiting Chuka Town and I hope that the Ministry will consider giving us the balance of the money so that we can have a tarmacked road in the next few months. With those few words, I thank the Chairman once more and hope that the rest of the money will be on the way."
