When you say that it should be specific for Chuka, I do not agree with you. When a Member requests a Statement, we believe that the issues contained there cut across the country for it to be approved. The issue of upgrading roads is all over the country including Kitale Town. What measures is the Government putting in place to take care of other towns?"
