If you do that, then the civil servants you are talking about would have to do them, the way the National Assembly has done. Therefore, let us not use time for Statements the way it was before, let us use the time for Statements to ask for facts which are urgent in nature and which cannot wait for Motions or which cannot wait for legislation. I think that is the direction we will go. Please, stand advised. You can bring a Motion on roads, water or whatever else in the whole country and then the House will resolve that certain things must be done within the terms of the National Assembly.
