"content": "According to the calendar of this House, we have only today and tomorrow to transact business this session. So, it is the agreement of the House that today morning, we try to finalise the Bills that are at the Committee stage level as well as those in the Second Reading before we break for recess tomorrow. Since this has been very procedural, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Members of this House, who have been very steadfast in their performance of their duties. In the last two days, they sat up to 10.00 p.m. That is very encouraging. I would like to urge them to continue doing so, starting with the approval of this Procedural Motion, so that we can transact business, starting with Order No.10. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move and kindly request my colleague, hon. Chris Wamalwa, to second the Motion."
