    "content": "What I want to state is this, this is a fund where employees and employers are contributing. So, it is a fund actually covering two very key groups, and that is why we are saying, the quorum must have atleast a member of any of the two bodies so that the interest of either side is taken care of at any time of a meeting. So I oppose the amendment."
