    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I want to support hon. Serem’s amendment. This is because there is no way the institution can be taken to ransom by organizations. This board has seven members and the way we appoint members of the board is clear in the Bill. Since the issue of quorum came up, there have been no meetings in the NSSF because two organizations boycotted to go for a meeting. So, the entire organization is being held to ransom by two organizations. We cannot allow this and we all support hon. Serem’s amendment."
