    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I wish to support hon. Serem’s amendment. The reason is that it is not fair to give special treatment to some of the members of the board. We are creating an impression where we are saying that it is mandatory for others to be available for a quorum to be met. In so doing, we are setting a very serious precedent. It is important that all members of the board are given equal treatment so that if they are available in terms of quorum then they should proceed. Otherwise, those two institutions will hold the board to ransom and it cannot proceed."
