    "content": "If on the other hand there is a feeling you may be giving somebody five years and you do not know what to do in case of a problem, there are other provisions that will enable the organization to get rid of that person. I think a three-year renewable term is too short. In that case, I would prefer to have just six years. However, my proposal, if the Chair agrees, is that the Managing Trustee should serve for a five-year renewable term and cannot serve for more than two terms."
