With all this done, we improve trade and ability to do business with each other both within and outside this country to grow this economy. That would not be for the benefit of a single individual, but for the benefit of the whole country. As we commit these documents to the Budget Committee, let us remember that the Budget was formulated, most importantly, with a view to ensuring that we maintain macro-economic stability. As they go through the contents of the Estimates, they bear in mind that many of the projects that have been incorporated in the Budget are the result of a lot of work that the Executive has done in terms of road and dam designs throughout this country and those projects have been picked on the basis of their importance to contributing to the overall economy and to the benefit of all. So, as we commit these documents, I would hope that the Budget Committee will bear in mind not the views or the needs of an individual Member of Parliament or a particular region, but to look at the Budget with a view to moving the entire country forward. With those few remarks, I beg to move."
