    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for giving me an opportunity to speak on this Bill. As a Member of the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, I am so excited to know that the Bill has gone through all the stages of a Bill and is about to be approved. This marks the beginning of a journey for this country that is going to transform NSSF. There is a saying that a journey of a thousand miles starts with one step. This is the first step that this House has approved for this nation to take the journey; we are very committed to move this nation forward. This Bill will transform our minds about the NSSF; it is also going to transform the lives of Kenyans who have suffered after retirement. Now Kenyans will live happily after they retire. They will be able to celebrate in their old age after they have spent the first part of their lives working for this country. This Bill will give an opportunity---"
