    "content": "we need a proper sitting with those sectors training lawyers, so that we can know how to divide roles and what exams they can deal with. Most importantly, in the KSL legislation, we are proposing that the grade required for you to do law, particularly in the English language, be removed. Then we will have lawyers who cannot express themselves and that are a problem. I know it. I taught at KSL. We have lawyers before this particular provision sought to be removed, who could not express themselves even on an examination and, of course, they are expected to represent people in courts; to represent people in documentation. It is a substantive amendment hon. Members and I would request that we leave it."
