    "content": "On page 996, we are talking about the Political Parties Act of 2011. Again, the Bill proposes to amend the Political Parties Act provisions relating to the appointment of the Registrar and the Assistant Registrar of Political Parties. This is only acceptable if we make sure that the Registrar and the Assistant Registrar of Political Parties - which are sensitive positions - are also subject to the approval by Parliament rather than appointment without the approval of Parliament. This is very important to us."
