    "content": "This Bill is trying to tell us that we should not take account of gender parity in the leadership of the National Police. This is taking us ten steps backwards because our Constitution speaks about gender parity and has put this requirement in the National Police Service Act.So, unless there is a man somewhere waiting for this job, I request all the men of this country not to accept to be part of impunity and the denial of women access to leadership in this country. We have qualified women in our Police Force and they should have a right to lead that force."
