    "content": "If you look at this Bill, you realize that from page 977 all the way, the Statute Law that has been amended significantly more than any other is the Public Benefits Organisations Act. What was so different with this Act that now almost over ten pages are devoted just to it? I want to speak to the Jubilee Government - and the Leader of the Majority is here - and tell them that they should try as much as possible to know that we have reached a different era in this country. You cannot take us back. This country has moved forward."
