"content": "What I seek to get are the statistics of people. I am interested in understanding the effectiveness of medical care in this country, that is why I am asking for statistics; how do we measure effectiveness? It is through people who have ailments, either they recover or continue to ail or they die. That is the bottom line of medical care. Now, how do I structure that question to sound better and fit the mindset of the Vice- Chair? I am not sure that I can answer the question on who the committee should ask. This is a House of Representatives of the people and when we seek answers, we should get answers, it is the committees’ responsibility to seek those answers and bring them to us."
