    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I wish to request for a Statement from the Chairperson, Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing regarding the classification of roads in the country. The Fourth Schedule of the Constitution assigns county governments certain functions of roads. I would like the Committee to inquire and report on the following:- the definition of county roads; the criteria used by the Ministry in classifying various roads throughout the country and finally, provide the list of all classified roads in this country to the House."
