Members, we are looking at page 650 and the Member has just said that Clause 13 (5) (a) actually does not make sense to her. I am seeking the Chair to address this because it says; “Cabinet Secretary may, on the recommendation of the Board of Trustees appoint suitable persons to be honorary wardens for the purposes of assisting in the carrying out of the provisions of this Act. (6)(c) have such functions as may be prescribed by rules made under this Act.” I think we need to be clear so that we know the intention of this legislation.
