    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 18 of the Bill be deleted. The entire Part IV titled “The Wildlife Regulatory Council” is proposed for deletion because the stakeholders and us are of the opinion that there is no need to set up another regulatory regime that would do a function that we believe the Cabinet Secretary should be able to do. So, for that reason we will be proposing deletion of Clauses 18 to 23."
