    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. As a House that makes rules and laws for this country, I believe we should not do anything that is unconstitutional. Moreover, our major role is oversight. So, if that is our role and we are sitting in those management boards, who is going to oversee who? When matters are brought here, fingers will be pointed at us for being part of what we did that was unconstitutional. I, therefore, support the Chairperson of that Committee in opposing that amendment."
