    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would like to oppose the further amendment because, in my opinion, it is subject to abuse. I want to give an example of Nairobi. We have Nairobi National Park in one part of the county. We have hippos in Dandora and birds in Karura Forest. Technically, it means that all Members of the National Assembly from Nairobi constituencies will be members of that committee. There is no county with no wildlife. If we accept that amendment, we will be technically saying that every Member of the National Assembly or the Senate should be members of this committee."
