    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support the Chairman of the Committee that Members of Parliament should not sit on that board. The board is well represented. There is a representative from the county governments and there will be four persons not public officers, but knowledgeable in wildlife matters enumerated by the community wildlife association within the area through an electoral process. This is to give a chance to the people who live in the community to be part of this board. Ours is to oversee and ensure that this board is doing the job it has been mandated to do."
