    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the issue of compensation has been of major concern to Kenyans, particularly when it comes to loss of life and permanent injury. Therefore, what the Departmental Committee and hon.Members of this House have proposed is good compensation, in case such calamities occur. Therefore, I wish to support the amendments and hope that the rest of the membership of this House can also support them, so that this issue can be put to rest."
