The reason is that the essence of what you had intended for amendment was--- If you look at Page 501, “Any person who grazes livestock in the National Park without authority commits an offence---” Relate that to what we have just done and you realize that we are speaking to the same thing of grazing livestock and the offence attached to it. In that case, the amendment that hon. Ms. Abdalla has brought really restores your worries."
