Lati to hear. “Any person who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence and is liable upon conviction to a fine of not more than one hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term of not more than six months”. This is even lower than what the Member is asking. Just imagine if somebody has 200,000 cows. It would be Kshs200,000 again.
