    "content": "(1) In accordance with the provision of the Director of powers. Public Prosecutions Act and this section, the Director of Public Prosecutions may designate special prosecutors to prosecute wildlife offences under this Part. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-section (1) the Director of Public Prosecutions may, either on his own, or on application of an authorized officer delegate his prosecutorial powers to such authorized officer to prosecute offences under this Act."
