    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in 2009, I spent 120 days in Emboput Forest convincing my constituents to move out of the forest so that we can conserve the Cherangany Water Tower. They have been on ten holding grounds and, up to now, they are not fed, their children do not go to school and they are hungry. They have been forgotten by the Government. I am sure Parliamentarians who serve people will not forget them. That is why I beg for the extension so that they may remember my constituents; the forgotten IDPs of this country."
