    "content": "Many of the reasons for the extension have already been adduced. The interest of the public is enormous. There is need to allow the people to participate in this process. The issue of integrated IDPs has been overlooked. Whenever we talk about IDPs, there is the narrow definition to cover only those within the camps, but we have IDPs within the country living with other people. It is important that the long-term effects of those who have been displaced from their homes are looked into. This impacts very heavily, especially on the young and the aged.
