"content": "(2) There shall be paid out of the general fund of the Institute any expenditure incurred by the Institute in the exercise of its powers or the performance of its functions under this Act. (3) The Institute may, subject to the approval of the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating finance, invest any funds not immediately required for its purposes, as it may determine."
