    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I really want to commend the Committee for proposing to establish a Wildlife Research and Training Institute. We have been several decades behind in terms of developing the wildlife resources that we have in this country since we lack a wildlife training institution. We are renown wildlife destination. In addition, I would like to say that in other parts of the world, we even have a primate training institute. It is high time we had training institutes in Kenya to cover even the big five."
