I beg to move:- THAT, the Eighth Schedule be amended in Part I by inserting the words “as a last resort after such other management tools such as translocation has been explored “ at the end of paragraph (6). You will note that paragraph (6) is dealing with the controversial topic of culling and we want to qualify situations where culling could be allowed."
