    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to agree with hon. Nanok that the Government has been concentrating on resettling the IDPs as a result of the 2007 post-election violence, forgetting that there are also people who have been displaced as a result of insecurity. I am aware of people from Samburu East and Samburu West who had farms in Laikipia West, and because of tribal conflicts, many of them have actually been displaced. So, I would like to appeal to this Select Committee that they should not only concentrate on resettlement of IDPs of the 2007 post-election violence; they should also consider those who have been displaced as a result of insecurity."
