    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I actually congratulate the Committee and I will not hesitate that if at all I would give out marks, I think I will give hon. Amina’s Committee 88 per cent out of 100 per cent. This is simply because they have covered areas of conservation. There are some areas where they have engaged the local communities to work alongside the KWS. I also note Clause 109 which says that the land should be as it was before this Act was passed. Those are some of the areas which we are not in line with."
